This was a heart wrenching read. I felt so much sympathy for what Della endures. Her family is falling apart because of her mom's illness and the drought that has hit their farm so badly. A truly amazing story of resilience and learning to rely on those around you for support.

What an incredible first novel! This book is so heartfelt and sweet. It approaches mental illness with such empathy for all impacted and it is just wonderful. Get ready for the feels!
