I seriously cook out of this book almost daily. Easy delicious recipes that are excellent on there own but can easily be adapted to personal taste as well. I have mostly used the entrée recipes, salad dressings and sauces and dips. The mayonnaise is the best I've tried that is plant based. I've been plant based for 5 years and have cooked out of many cookbooks but this one never gets put back on the shelf.

I believe only 6 recipes in the whole book did not have grains. If you don't eat grains, this is not the cookbook to look at.

I'm still reading this one. So far it has some potentially good dishes in it. I'll have to update my comments in the coming days.
