Greatly enjoyed Savage Hunger, and read it slowIy, as I love Terry Spear's jagis--and her great sense of humor. Savage Hunger is a fun intro to her Heart of Jaguar series. Her Christmas novel with her jaguar shifters, named A Very Jaguar Christmas, just came out this recently. Sadly, several of her other series are not available in stores, but are available on Amazon.

I loved it, just like all of her books. Sometimes the sex scenes get a little tiresome, because it is the same every time, but other than that it is easy reading. I look for another book to come out and finish some of the things not tied up, so can not wait to read it and find out more about Maya and Wade!

This has everything I hope to avoid as a writer. Pages of unimaginative sex scenes – i found myself skipping 5 or 6 pages at a time to find they had finished at the end of a chapter, only to have them begin again a paragraph in to the next. The characters were flat and lacking development. I kept reading, hoping to find a pleasing plot resolution. I was let down. A single page of deus ex machina resolves the conflict and then sadly more bad sex. She leaves a character, Wade, floating and unresolved. I have no idea why he was included in the story line at all and none of it was well written. I wish I could tell writers, pages of bad sex scenes does not make up up for shallow characters and poor plot development.
