Should be titled "Rarely an interesting moment". Sometimes you wonder how some movies get a green light. I always commend actors for doing a professional job..even with bad material. 2/5 stars at best. Last 15 minutes were decent, but the rest of the film was 'dull'. Not sure why Disney put out some of their stuff in the 60s and 70s.

Starring Dick Van Dyke and Edward G. Robinson (in his last gangster role), plus strong supporting actors like Jack Elam, Henry Silva, and Slim Pickens, I thought this would be a great movie. Boy, was I wrong. Despite the title, this is a very dull film.
