A brillent book, insightful, personal and practical. Beautifully written, it so easy to read because of the balance between facts, analysis and real life stories. It's a helpful book which I've learnt a lot from. I cannot recommend highly enough.

His Reith Lectures are based on the book and are also wonderful -
