Though some of this was a little too technical, it was a very good book

This is a really interesting book that touches on food safety and quality control. When the book picks up about a third of the way through it becomes a real page-turner. The events are realistic and highlight some aspects of corporate greed and the tough dynamic of family relationships. A great book.
