Men in Black

How the Supreme Court Is Destroying America

The Supreme Court endorses terrorists' rights, flag burning, and importing foreign law. Is that in the Constitution? You're right: it's not. But these days the Constitution is no restraint on our out-of-control Supreme Court that strikes down laws and imposes new ones purely on its own arbitrary whims. There's a word for this: tyranny. In Men in Black, radio talk-show host and legal scholar Mark R. Levin dissects the judicial tyranny that is robbing us of our freedoms and stuffing the ballot box in favor of liberal policies

For "progressives" let me recommend "Packing the Court" by avowed liberal James MacGregor Burns, who admits that the Founding Father never intended for a small handful of unelected citizens to hold the power to trump Articles I and II of our federal constitution.

Original Intent of the Founders is being smothered by neo-Stalinist elements who have appropriated Big Academia and Big Media-Hollywood armchair "revolutionaries" who have absolutely no knowledge (or care to admit) of the horrors of Stalinist tyranny.

America's embrace of Statism hastens the day when a dictator holds sway over all, and an unelected panel of political appointees to a Court that has final word on all law will eventually result in America's becoming another workers' paradise nightmare.
