She's too young. Okay?
She's too young, she's too young. she's too young, she's too young, she's too young for this role! And she has zero chemistry with grumpy Walter Matthau, whom I love.

But, come on--it's Barbra!
And there is absolutely no one else you want to hear belt out the big emotional number, "Until The Parade Passes By" but Barbra Streisand, just off the triumph of "Funny Girl" and at the height of her charm, unique beauty and amazing vocal power.
She is simply fabulous.

A fun and funny classic musical with great dancing, gorgeous costumes, and memorable songs. I love all of the characters and their little quirks--Michael Crawford's facial expressions and the noises he makes when he is at a loss for words are fabulous! A great comfort movie for when you just need something to make you laugh and feel good.

VERY GOOD 1969 musical comedy continuing the great film tradition from 30s, 40s, 50s, etc.
Barbra gets to show off her singing, dancing and acting talents - and looks great in lots of fabulous dresses - and hats - gotta have those hats.
