This was another enjoyable story. The characters, especially the cats, are fun. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I enjoyed this second book in a new series -- magical cats mystery. I like the town, I like the characters. It's whimsical, which appeals to me. Kathleen does seem to take on too much that is actually police work, but she somehow manages (often with the help of her magical feral cats) to get through everything, and survive. Looking forward to the next in the series.

This is a wonderful series. Fun to read with characters you really care about.

Even though I'm allergic to cats, I enjoyed reading about these magical cats who help save Kathleen's life, and help her identify the killer of elderly Agatha. I accidentally returned this book before finishing, and googled to find more in the series.
