If you're sick and tired of being sick & tired, this book is for you! Dr. Schwartz has a ton of great remedies for curing fear, gaining self-confidence, having better relationships and becoming the person you always wanted to be. If you read with an open mind and an expexctation to learn, I'm sure you will get a ton out of this book.
