Not a bad Indian cookbook. But there are many ingredients to get, may not be easy to cook.

A great collection of recipes. Well explained for people who are not experienced in cooking Indian dishes. However, I don't know how these recipes are specifically targeted at "busy people" as most of them have many steps.
