Badly (ghost)written, and not much to say anyway. Couldn't get beyond the first couple of pages. Skip it.

I should start by saying I have never watch any reality show with Kendra in it. I had no clue who she was until I read Down The Rabbit Hole by Holly Madison. And I only read both of these books because I wanted to see if my thoughts about woman who have so little self-respect and self-confidence to follow this shallow Playboy/Hugh Hefner path would be confirmed...and they were.

Kendra openly admits her father came in and out of her life with a revolving door. My concerns were confirmed. Women who do have their fathers engaged in their daily life truly miss out. And it affects them for life. I truly believe she was running into the arms of Hef and the mansion because she had been abandon by her father. She craved a father in her life. When it was absent she numbed her pain with drugs, sports, risky sexual behaviors, and being the toy of a perverted old man who owned her with his money. Money she needed and a roof over her head.

She becomes a mother but only time will tell what kind of mother she will be. She hasn't had very good influences in her life. Her mother stuck by her through thick and thin but she wasn't perfect by any means.

This is worth reading if the reader wants to learn how life can be tough and the going gets rough when a father walks out on his family.

I've never watched an entire episode of that reality show so I did not know too much about Kendra's personal life. All I know is that she's often in the tabloids showing off her new baby. I think I might have heard about this book on a Howard Stern interview, so I was curious about any description of the goings-on in the PB mansion.

This book contained many repetitive sections about Kendra's wild teenage years. I find that dull - reading about drug use. She gave no reason for her behaviour and she sounds like a parent's worst nightmare - doing drugs, having sex, skipping school, etc. at such a young age. Sounds like somebody who needs to go on the Maury Show! I think there is a lot she is not revealing about a bad childhood.

Kendra became a stripper against her boyfriend's wishes, then dumped him without a care to go live with HH in the PB mansion after he saw some photo of her and invited her on a visit. All this woman cares about is money and being a D-list celebrity. She has no principles or regard for anybody's feelings.

This is the second book of Kendra's that I have read. She writes an entertaining and funny memoir!! Good read.

This was a very lite book and didn't draw you in as a reader. It was very factual and candid. But the author didn't write in a way that I could feel anything for Kendra. I think it would have been better if the author who did Jenna Jamison's book would have been better. It took me one day to read. Bonus: It talks about what really happens when you are Hef's girlfriends and the behind the scenes stuff to the reality shows.

I really didn't want to like Kendra. I've only seen snippets of her shows on E!; and her laugh just grates at me.

But she really comes off as really funny and sweet in this.
