Violence: Well, there was some people getting knocked unconscious, people getting kidnapped, and a sword duel. Does any of those count?
Sexual Content: Lots of that. Like, there are a couple of scenes where it gets a little, "Cover your eyes, children," but they're not frequent (well, it really depends on your meaning of frequent). Either way, not for kids who haven't had "the talk". Or at least have the right idea of what "the talk" is about.
