In my opinion, the title and cover of this book are very misleading. I think the author is trying to jump on the "low-carb" bandwagon. There is no explanation about why you should be looking for low carbs. If you want low carbs because you understand WHY you should eat them, then get the book 300 Low-Carb Slow Cooker Recipes.
