The series is set during the time of Jesus living among us.
I enjoyed the characters, especially Peniel, and the bit of romance in the story.
All the characters are realistic and genuine.
The biblical events are described in a believable way. There are scripture references that are entwined with educated imagination.
I am looking forward to the next book “Second Touch”.

Excellent book and I especially enjoyed the historical and biblical references that merged within the story line. You really feel for the characters. Made me stop and think about my own views and feelings about religion. Very inspiring.

This is an AMAZING series! I have eagerly waited each one as it has come out. The imagery and the story itself really keeps your attention and really makes the story of Jesus and his followers come alive.
