"Hickory dickory dock" has a catchy title but that's all it has. Someone is a thief and it looks like it is one of a people renting a house. Then people start being murdered. Obviously everyone in the house has something to hide or keep unknown to the public. But I never once found the presentations interesting except for one of them: watching Inspector Japp, while his wife is away (Japp married?) trying to live on Poirot's choice of cuisine and then the return challenge at Japp's. "Well, let you taste some proper English cooking". Poirot's face is priceless. It screams with revulsion.

I did not check this movie out....

This was a funny (both haha and weird ) Poirot episode. The story and cast were up to par for most of the Agatha Christie Poirot mysteries. But was it me or was that some blatant "homo-(phobic?)" -- while coded language at the end ,when Japp served Poirot a dinner with meat ? that he called "faggot" ? and something else (bread) he called "dick" neither of which Poirot found appealing-looking enough to eat.. I could see it was supposed to be humorous ending, but I found it weird and awkward in these days when the 'F-g-t' word is not PC
