1700s CE. James Cook, Captain of the H.M.S Endeavour, has a stowaway - Nicholas Young. Written as Nicks' journal, this account is suffused with nautical detail. The protagonist is based on an actual stowaway on the Endeavour and Nick’s adventures follow the real events experienced by the crew on Cook’s famous voyage of discovery.
