Summary
Add a SummaryAndrew's dream is to have freckles. He envies Nicky Lane because Nicky has numerous freckles all over his face, ears, and neck. Andrew feels as if he is at a disadvantage because he only had two warts on his fingers. Once, Andew tried counting all of Nicky's freckles, but when he got to eighty-six, Miss Kelly, Andrew's teacher, told him to pay attention. He wants to have his own so his mother will not be able to tell if his neck and face are dirty and he would not have to wash them. He makes many attempts to acquire freckles. Andrew thinks that freckls are really neat.

My 2nd grade Class LOVED this book. It's short, funny, and the kids could relate to Andrew who wants freckles! There are so many fun activities you can do with the characters of this book.

"You can only die so many times."
I can not wait to read this book.
im in love with this book back in 4th grade........
This might be my least favourite Judy Blume book. It's only okay. The premise isn't the best and the writing's only okay. So, if you like simple and only okay books, this is the book for you to read. However, if you like complex books and great books, this is not the book for you.
Summary: Andrew wants freckles more than anything else and uses a "freckle juice" recipe with hilarious results.
